  • Whole carcasses

    Lamb and mutton carcasses, chilled and labelled for traceability.

  • Bone-in and boneless cuts

    Legs, saddles, loins, shoulders, breasts, chops and more: wrapped, boxed or vacuum-packed to your specification.

    Hand-diced mutton, vacuum-packed in bags and boxed.

Is your meat halal?

Yes. Our lamb and mutton is certified halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC), and certified carcasses carry its stamp.

Where do you export to?

We supply customers in Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Tell us your country and our export team will confirm what we can ship there.

How do you deliver?

With our own fleet, chilled or frozen, on the date we agree with you.

Do you pack to specification?

Yes. Cuts are wrapped, boxed or vacuum-packed to your specification, and diced meat is packed in bags inside cartons.

Which documents come with an order?

Each consignment travels with the documents your market requires. Export documentation and market approval information are available on request.

Where can we meet you?

At the major international trade shows, including SIAL and Anuga.
