Each Bone-in Lamb Leg is vacuum packed and then boxed. There are approximately six legs
in a box.

All of our Lamb Paired Legs are overwrapped and then placed inside a meat container with
others and weighed together or weighed and labelled individually.

Maximum is 70 per container.

Lamb Saddle

All of our Lamb Saddles are overwrapped and then boxed. There are three lamb saddles in
a box.

Lamb Loin Half Saddle

Every Lamb Loin is overwrapped and then boxed. There are four
loins in a box.

Full Lamb Breast

All of our Full Lamb Breasts are

Every Lamb Shoulder is overwrapped and then boxed. There are approximately 12
shoulders in a box.
